Ivan Kovacevic, Principal

 

Epiphany IT ConsultingMost recently Ivan held the CIO role with NuComm International. In this role Ivan helped transform the IT Service and Solution delivery environment by reducing the overall cost structure through use of leading edge technologies such as VoIP and offshoring. Ivan was also responsible for driving IT strategy, understanding industry trends, and identifying opportunities essential for improvement of NuComm's competitive advantage and positioning in the marketplace.

Prior to the CIO role, Ivan held the General Manager position with NuComm Interactive. Under Ivan’s driven management, NuComm’s automated voice services division, one of the company’s most successful areas, more than doubled in volume and sales. His leadership and partnership approach with clients and staff resulted in highest client satisfaction scores within the NuComm group of companies.

Ivan brings a wealth of experience in CRM, Direct Marketing and integrated communication fields. Before joining NuComm, Ivan spent three years with Centtric Marketing. His primary focus was designing and managing integrated response programs for Canada Post, TD Insurance, Citi Financial, Nissan, and other clients. Before Centtric, Ivan worked for Minacs Worldwide and Datacom Marketing in various management roles. Ivan obtained his degree in Psychology from York University and subsequently earned a Direct Marketing Certificate from the Canadian Marketing Association.

 
 
Over the next 12 months, we will be
